Friday

Arrive at 2pm where a gourmet platter of local wine & produce awaits.

Dinner is served in the private, formal dining room. Fawkes House offers a choice from an outstanding Seasonal Menu cooked on the premises. This includes entre, mains, dessert, fine teas & coffees. A bottle of local award winning wine is included to enjoy with your meal.

A complimentary glass of Port completes your fine dining experience.

Saturday

Breakfast: Start your day with a full gourmet breakfast served in the formal dining room, in your cottage or within the local gardens. Seasonal Menus include local free range eggs, fruit & vegetables from the House garden.

Spa Treatments: Wrap your senses in the beauty of nature with an afternoon of Specialty Spa Treatments. You are invited to choose from either:

Nurturing Aroma-Facial, followed by a relaxing "Lotus Massage".  

OR

Clarifying Facial, followed by an energizing Papyrus Massage

Dinner: Spend the evening dining at Fawkes House, choosing from our outstanding Seasonal Menu. A local award winning bottle of champagne is included with your meal.

A glass of Port complements your fine dining experience.

Sunday

Breakfast: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from our gourmet breakfast menu in the formal dining room, your cottage or gardens.

Bickley / Carmel Valley Winery Tour:

 Experience the delights of the valley with the Hills Heritage Tours & Charter Company who will take you on a half day journey through the picturesque Bickley & Carmel Valleys. Tour includes visits to boutique wineries, lunch at the award winning Hainault winery.

Afternoon Spa Treatments: Complete your Weekend Escape with a superb Total Heaven or Total Detox  Spa Body Treatment

Check out time 6pm.

Optional Extra

With Fawkes House being so close to the city, some guests may prefer to maximize their Weekend Escape by leaving early Monday morning to go directly to work. To allow for this, Fawkes House offers an extra night accommodation, dinner & breakfast allowing you to leave the premises early Monday morning.
