  One full Initial Naturopathic Consultation 2 weeks  before stay.

   One personalised Retreat Program.

   Eating and lifestyle advice.

  Mid-week check-up with guests on the 5 day programs.

   One Follow-up Naturopathic Consultation, (personal or phone) 3 - 4 weeks after stay.
